Specialty Classes

Learn how to play the frosted crystal singing bowls & become a CST in this 1-day training program with Gigi Rock, who has been playing the bowls for over 30 years. In this class you will learn: The science behind the bowls & how to use the Crystal bowls for healing. Get used to playing with two bowls together & using Intuition & intention to create your own sound bath meditation, making the focus on each chakra or point in the body. How to clean the bowls’ energy / physically.

Weekly Classes

In this 45-minute session, you will be in our beautifully healing Oasis in Sedona while Gigi plays a series of Quartz Crystal Bowls for you, enveloping you in a truly magical and transformative sound.

Gigi has been working with this healing tool for 30 years and is incredibly intuitive, knowing precisely what bowls must be played for each individual in the room.

Gentle Yoga – Gentle movement and postures designed to reduce stress, increase self-awareness and build strength and balance.  This 60-minute class is especially suited for those who are just starting a yoga practice, those returning to yoga, or people experiencing injury, pain, mobility, or health issues.  Postures are performed at a slower pace, with modifications offered for all fitness levels.

Conscious Breathing Meditation, a 45-minute class, involves directing awareness to the breath and developing habits that improve respiration. Conscious breathing can aid in stress reduction, improve respiratory conditions, and boost your immune system.

In this 2-hour class, we will use techniques such as meditation, conscious breathing, bio-energetic exercises, and energy healing exercises to help you connect into the universal energy field as well as to your own subtle energy field.

Qi-gong is one modality that can be used to clear stagnation in the body. This stagnation, when it accumulates, can create dis-ease in the body. By strengthening and aligning the Qi flow within your body, will allow your body to begin the healing process to reduce the levels of pain accumulated in your body. So, if you want positive Qi, come and enjoy Qigong! It’s a great way to start your day.
