Step into Sedona Infinity Spa’s Celestial Meditation Room — a sanctuary designed for deep relaxation, inner peace, and spiritual reflection.
This intimate 30-minute experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your higher self through intention and stillness.

🌿 Your Journey Begins in the Tea Room

Begin your celestial journey in our serene Tea Room, where gentle light and tranquil energy prepare you for meditation.
Here you will:

• Draw an Oracle Card from the Sacred Botanica Goddess Oracle Deck
• Write your personal intention on a journal card provided
• Sip a warm cup of herbal tea as you settle into mindfulness

🌌 Guided Meditation in the Celestial Room

When it’s time, you’ll be invited into the softly illuminated Celestial Meditation Room.
Bathed in hues of deep indigo and soft starlight, relax into a 20-minute Yoga Nidra guided meditation designed to:

• Calm the nervous system
• Release tension and mental noise
• Restore harmony and inner stillness

Each session features one of four rotating Yoga Nidra recordings for variety and depth.

☕ Reflection & Renewal

After your meditation, return to the Tea Room for quiet reflection and a final cup of tea.
Revisit your written intention, breathe, and allow the serenity of your celestial experience to integrate before continuing your day.

🕰 Session Schedule

Meditation begins approximately 5 minutes after each posted time to allow for intention setting.
Each session lasts 30 minutes total.

💫 Pricing

• $25 per person
• $15 add-on for guests with same-day spa services
  (Includes oracle card, journal card, and herbal tea.)

• Arrive 10 minutes early for your oracle and journaling ritual.
• Once a session begins, the Celestial Room remains closed for stillness.
• Appointments appreciated but not required — Walk-in seating is first come, first served.
