Meditations for Moms (Wednesday)

Every single mom deserves even just 30 minutes of self-care and a way to “fill her cup”. This class led by Athyna, who is a mom to 4 crazy boys ages 3 and under, is a perfect way to relieve anxiety, center yourself, reduce that mom-guilt, help with postpartum depression, and so much more. Our mommy meditation is held in our Salt Room which is amazing for the respiratory system and your skin – perfect in fact for the cold weather we are coming into.
