Our mommy meditation is held in our Salt Room which is amazing for the respiratory system and your skin – perfect in fact for the cold weather we are coming into.

Halo and Sound Therapy – Align your spiritual energy with sound therapy through crystal bowls. Sound therapy reduces stress and anxiety, creating a balanced immune system, while halotherapy improves the respiratory system.
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage, typically induced by a guided meditation. There is evidence that yoga Nidra helps relieve stress. An ancient technique from India, it has now spread worldwide and is also being applied by the US Army to assist soldiers in recovering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
