- Coughing and/or a runny nose – this is due to the Halotherapy treatment which breaks up the mucus in your lungs and respiratory system.

What to bring/wear
- The Salt Room is a shoe free zone, we do have shoe cubbies.
- Any belongings that you don’t want getting salty can go into our lockers, each with their own lock and key.
- The more skin is exposed, the better. Feel free to wear normal clothes, change into a bathing suit, or dress down and wear one of our comfortable robes.
