We believe in allowing our practitioners to have more control over their individual schedules – which, in turn, creates a more open and flexible hours of operations. Please check our booking platform for up-to-date booking availability. 

The hours below are based on our phone line hours.

Monday – 11 am – 3 pm

Tuesday: 10 am – 3 pm

Wednesday: 10 am – 3 pm

Thursday:  10 am – 3 pm

Friday: 10 am – 5 pm

Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm

Sunday: 10 am – 3 pm

We are here to work with you. If you would like a private session and don’t see any available times, give us a call or email us, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Booking Policy

All appointments require a 70% deposit to book and hold the appointment’s time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment after the appointment is completed. For groups of 6 or more, a 20% gratuity is added at checkout. A 5% Wellness Service Fee is applied to all services to support spa maintenance, facility upgrades, and practitioner resources. This fee is not a gratuity.

 

Cancellation Policy

Our spa operates with a 48-hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is canceled with more than 48 hours’ notice, the client will receive their deposit back minus a $25 administrative fee. If the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

If a client does not show for their appointment, then they will be charged the remaining amount due.
