Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for experienced practitioners who are confident in their work, reliable with their schedule, and comfortable working independently within a professional spa setting.

Ideal candidates are:

Professional, warm, and guest-focused
Reliable and self-motivated
Comfortable managing their treatment room and guest flow
Experienced in Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, or specialty bodywork
Open to working with tourists, locals, couples, and small groups
Able to maintain a calm, clean, and peaceful healing environment
Comfortable with room setup, room reset, and laundry flow
Available for consistent weekly shifts

Practitioner Expectations

Our practitioners are self-reliant and participate in the full guest experience. This includes preparing the treatment room, greeting guests, providing excellent service, resetting the room, supporting laundry flow, and helping maintain the peaceful environment of the spa.

We are looking for practitioners who understand that the guest experience begins before the session starts and continues until the guest leaves feeling cared for.

Requirements

Applicants must hold any required active Arizona licenses or certifications for the services they provide.

Massage therapists must hold an active Arizona massage license.

Practitioners must carry themselves with professionalism, respect client boundaries, follow spa policies, and uphold Sedona Infinity Spa’s standards of care.

Sedona Infinity Spa is accepting applications for our Graduate Massage Residency Program, designed for newly licensed massage therapists who are ready to transition from massage school into a professional spa environment.

This paid residency offers hands-on experience, real client bookings, mentorship, and training in the full flow of a boutique destination spa. Residents will build confidence in Swedish, therapeutic, and concentrated massage services while learning guest care, timing, room setup, spa procedures, laundry flow, professionalism, and client communication.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for newly licensed massage therapists who are professional, reliable, welcoming, open to feedback, and excited to grow in a supportive healing environment.

Applicants must be available for at least one weekday and one weekend day. Thursday through Sunday availability is needed most.

Resident Compensation

Graduate Residents are paid for approved services performed during the program.

• 30-Minute Concentrated Massage: $25 commission
• 60-Minute Swedish Massage: $45 commission
• 60-Minute Therapeutic Massage: $50 commission

Because residents are still developing their professional spa skills and receive additional mentorship and support, resident compensation is structured separately from our experienced practitioner commission structure.

Program Expectations

Residents participate in the full spa experience, including preparing rooms, resetting rooms, greeting guests, supporting laundry flow, maintaining cleanliness, and learning Sedona Infinity Spa’s guest care standards.

Residents must hold an active Arizona massage license before performing hands-on massage services with clients.
