Grounding is made through the body when we make solid contact with the earth. It provides a connection that makes us feel alive and rooted in our environment. We feel centered in ourselves and safe even when there is chaos around us. Our life force energy flows into and through us, giving us stability and physical health. We will take an integrated approach to help you connect to this consciousness and learn ways to manifest more energy and peace in your life.

About Melina Fuhrmann

Melina explores a variety of fields, including Tai Chi and Meditation for many years, Mindfulness Training as a Hospice Volunteer, Shamanism, and Psycho-Energetics. I qualified as a Reiki Master Teacher through training in Geneva, Switzerland with a Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. I completed a 4-year in-depth training in energy healing, body psychology and spirituality at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing Europe in Bad Ischl, Austria, perhaps the most comprehensive training that exists in this field. But, I discovered that the more I worked with clients and students the more of my innate abilities came through and started to go beyond the training in any specific modality.
